Why are these courses useful?
A graduate of the Certificate Mediation Program will be able to:
- Analyze conflicts- the factors, the process and the potential for resolution
- Communicate effectively and facilitate constructive dialogue
- Design and apply appropriate consensus-building processes, including mediation

- Become a member of the Romanian Mediator’s Network and benefit out of the exchange of experience and know-how that exists between the members of the Network.
