FDC’s anniversary Conference "The promoting of mediation-model of excellency in utilizing public funds"

On the 10th of May 2011, The Foundation for Democratic Changes (FDC) celebrates 15 years from its beginning of functioning.
With this occasion, FDC organizes an event as a Conference which will take place at Caro Hotel Bucharest,  (Barbu Vacarescu Avenue, No. 164A) between 10:00 - 17:00.
The participants are collaborators, partners, abut also graduates of the course of mediation conducted by FDC between 1996 - 2011.
Presentations will include examples of good practice in the formulation of projects that have obtained international financing, their progress and results. We hope that this way we will offer the possibility of establishing new partnerships and stimulate the development of new projects that could contribute to the promotion of mediation in various social settings.

No tax will be paid for attending the event.

The participation at the event is recognized by the Mediation Council as part of the continuous training process of the mediators and will be noted with 3 professional points.

The projects undertaken by FDC were oriented to identifying opportunities for application of mediation in the Romanian context, but also related to the environmental protection field.

Our team of mediators has 11 years of experience in the application of alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation, both within group disputes and interpersonal ones. The partnership between FDC and the General Inspectorate of Romanian Police had provided to FDC's team, access to a rich and diverse case law.
