As a mediator I have decided to resolve differences amicably and to help through this, the justice by reducing the number of cases that currently stifles courts. Unfortunately, the attitude of Mr. Tatu exceeded acceptability, by violating the mediation values and by bringing serious damage to the mediation profession.

As a result of repeated attacks against me made by Tudor Tatu, attacks based on completely unfounded accusations referring to alleged illegalities committed as president of the Mediation Council, I exercised the right to bring criminal complaint against him.As a mediator I have decided to resolve differences amicably and to help through this, the justice by reducing the number of cases that currently stifles courts.
