The Summer School is recognized as continuous professional training by the Mediation Council, 9 professional points being given, and the organizers will be providing participation certificates.
This second edition of the Summer’s School, project initiated by the Mediators’ College in 2010, aims, on one hand, to contribute at the improvement of the consensus building practices in the context of the small legal reform and on the other hand, to support mediators at improving the mediation practice. Thus, the Summer’s School addresses areas of practice - with emphasis on mediation in business, partnerships (courts and prosecutors), and at the same time practices and topics to improve practice and professional development, such as support for start-ups mediators or mediation ethics. The format of the summer school is focused on discussion and exchange of applied experience, inviting participants, lecturers and resource persons to communicate directly with the working groups. Also, a session will be allocated to debate topics suggested by participants.
The Participation in this event is an opportunity to strengthen the mediators’ community in Romania, which we are convinced that you will fructify.

Summer School "Mediation practice-stronger together"
The Professional Association "The Mediators’ College", in partnership with The Mediators Association in The financial Banking Affair Finban has the pleasure to invite you to attending the Summer School with the theme Mediation practice-stronger together. The event will take place between 26-28 of August 2011, in Bucharest, at the Romanian Banking Institute (Negru Vodă street, no. 3, district 3).
