Everybody loves them, but nobody pays them

"The Chairman of the Mediation Council, Anca Elisabeta Ciucă said on Monday, in Bistrita, that in Romania, the state has not allocated any funds to mediation, job set up three years ago, this being supported entirely with private money or European funds.
