  • Post-graduate program on Peace Studies at the European Peace University (EPU), Austria in 1999;
  • Special interests: mediation, conflict prevention and resolution, peace building processes.

  • Police Chief Commissioner – 10 years’ experience in the field of interethnic relations, 5 years’ experience in the application of mediation in various types of conflicts.
  • Graduate of the Faculty of Industrial Management System – Politehnica University, Bucharest ?? the Faculty of Engineering and Management of Technological Systems
  • Specialization in mediation, CIIAN (Canadian International Institute for Applied Negotiation)
  • Specialization training in conflict resolution and intervention. Romanian Academy- European Center of Study in Ethnic and Social Communication, (1995); “Management of interethnic relations” Louisville University, USA (1995); Centre for Conflict Analysis, Prevention and Resolution, USA, certification in negotiation and designing systems for intervention in conflict (2002).
  • Post-graduate courses, European University Centre for Peace Studies, Stadtschlaining – Austria (diploma issued by the Government of Austria), 1999
